We’re raising funds for an annual camp that provides vital support for children who have received heart transplants and their families. This free camp offers peer support, coping resources, and a sense of community, helping families navigate the challenges of recovery. Each year, 10-15 children from western and northern Canada undergo heart transplants in Edmonton.
Thanks to generous donors, this camp has been free for over a decade. With your help, we can continue to offer this transformative experience to families, no matter their financial situation.
